DRE Approved Online Exams
DRE Study and Exam Requirements:
Course must be registered prior to study and taking of exams
Exams must be taken within one year from date of registration
Exams must be at least 90% multiple choice
LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT:
Go to
www.car4exam.com

Log in with your account user name (email address) and password (DRE license number)
Select "Register Exam Keys" from the task list.
You may need to create an account before activating your keys(s).
Failure to register may delay access to the exam.
TO TAKE THE ONLINE EXAM:
Go to
www.car4exam.com

Click on the "Take Exam" tab in the menu bar.
Log in with your account user name (email address) and password (DRE license number)
Click on "Take Exam" on the task list.
Select the exam from the list of registered keys displayed on your computer screen.
